Matt Baker was born in London on December 7th 1966. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
Matt’s funeral took place on Friday, March 15th, at Golders Green Crematorium, Hoop Lane, London. The family would like to thank all of those people that came to help us say goodbye and celebrate his life. People can still make donations to Kidney Research UK using the link on this page.
